Thanks – you were absolutely correct. The IP address was static – I put in one from our range and it works fine. I appreciate your help.

Correct, you may want adjust the TCP-IP properties for your environment. Give it an available IP address as well as point it to your existing DNS servers for name resolution.

You might want to have a look at the TCP-IP properties of that NIC. It could have a static IP set up.
