Unable to connect to Exchange with Pop3 and IMAP4 -steps require

I am unable to access my exchange account with pop3 and imap4 setting,

i have tried various option but fail to do so, i can able to telnet port 110 and 143.

i am also having TMG and firewall,is firewall restricting the access if yes can any one plz tell me how to modify setting in TMG server for providing user to access mailbox using pop3 and imap4
some one told me that i have to remove encripiton, really don't have the knowledge about it,
can any one plz provide me the step to configure In TMG to ba able to make pop 110 accessable
plz it very urgent

Generally it is seen client requests are forwarded by TMG computer to published server appear to come from the IP address of the original client. If this case, the default gateway on the Exchange computer must be set to the IP address of the network adapter on the TMG computer thru which exchange server connects to it. U will have to change the setting on ‘To’ tab of server publishing rule to Requests appear to come from the TMG computer. On command prompt in TMG & type as: netstat -ano |findstr :110 and see if ip listens the port 110.     Once you have the TMG figured out, and if you still cannot access your account via IMAP or POP3, you will need to ensure you are allowed that type of access to your e-mail account. Each is a separate permission in Exchange.
