 Unable to connect Mocha Soft W32 TN3270

Hi, I've downloaded Mocha Soft TN3270. But when I'm trying to connect its asking for IBM Host name or IP address. I'm unable to connect it through my IP address. Please help me out with this issue. Thanks Rahul
