 Unable to access shared contacts with Outlook
We have Exchange Server (SBS 2003) and several Outlook mail accounts that use it. One of the accounts has a shared contact list that is accessible by all the other accounts except one. Why would that account get an error trying to access the shared contact list? The message says that Exchange Server is unavailable and Outlook must be connected to complete the action.

Answer Wiki:
I stumbled onto the answer to this question when I saw a new message appear indicating that the Outlook session was offline. Surely enough, simply unchecking Work Offline solved the problem.
