		<description><![CDATA[Hi. If there are specific ports being blocked it is possible your firewall setup needs to be changed.  If using Windows Firewall on Windows 7 or Server 2008 there are significant changes with advanced firewall rules.  If earlier there are still rules that might be blocking.  If using a firewall application then this needs to be checked as well.  It is possible that when you started using this connection, a pop-up message appeared asking if you wanted to allow or block this connection, if blocked it would have set a rule.]]></description>

But the problem here is local computer uses random port to connect to internet and reply for the same port through which it connected. But here means in my case i am sending in one port but getting in another port. Where the problem could be?.]]></description>
