I have a .txt file which has rtf formatting codes. How can I make this readable without the formatting codes.
Here is the code that I have.
"binsrsid14637953charrsid14637953 TestPage:  Positive for a sequence change of unknown significance [c.# (p.#)] in the coding region of the }{rtlchfcs1 af0 ltrchfcs0 biinsrsid14637953charrsid14637953 New gene}{rtlchfcs1 af0 ltrchfcs0"
I would like to be able to view this as "TestPage:  Positive for a sequence change of unknown significance [c.# (p.#)] in the coding region of the New gene. When I try the conversion programs out there I just receive the original code. Thank you!

From where did you receive the file, an email attachment or from other source? Probably there are some junk characters/symbol code or something like that. You can try to save in an appropriate unicode formatting. If you got the file from other source, you can ask to resend the file with proper formatting.

Thank you. The source is a report that is stored on a server. We are trying to extract the data in the report to store in an Access database. The code is not junk because I can find the codes in RTF documentation, but I do not have the resources to extract the data within the RTF formatting codes.
