Two exchange servers on one WAN. Emails are being kicked back

New location with its own exchange server was added to WAN now when sending emails to this new location emails are being kicked back. The exchange servers are on diffrent LANs but on the same MPLS Network Cloud. Both can ping eachother through the MPLS cloud. Thanks

DNS is a big part of SMTP communications most often. Can you show us the SMTP logs of the messages in question?
