TWO DIFFERENT IP ADDRESS
Port Forwarding Port Checker give's me this ip address"192.168.0.184". But Open Port Check Tool return this ip address "24.247.163.127". What I try to do is set up an COD4 server, but unable to open the correct port " 28960". I am using an D-link DGL 4500 router.

Your private address is 192.168.0.184. The public side of your D-Link router is 24.247.163.127. You will somehow need to map either that address and the 28960 port to the 192.168.0.184 address or map a new public IP address to the 192.168.0.184 address. You will need to check with your provider to see if you have more than one public IP address that can be used on your link. If one is not available then you will need to map a public TCP port to the private TCP port and private IP address.
