I have a domain controller (DNS, DHCP) with ISA and Exchange Servers, and I want to install a child domain.
If anyone has some experience in this area and has come across helpful tutorials, I would really appreciate it, particularly in whether a child domain will interfere with the Exchange Server

Just run dcpromo on the new server & choose new domian in existing forest.

It won’t interfere with Exchange
