Turnover form IN-USE Status

I was trying to promote a form over AS/400 turnover and my session got disconnected meanwhile. Its approved but not run yet. Due to the disconnection, I am not able to run the form now because the form is IN-USE status. What am I supposed to do now?

I’m in the same boat with a RECOVER form status that I need to change/reset.  I can’t remember the file and field that controls that.  Can anybody share that info?

    You can use the RESETFOR command to set a form in RECOVER status back to READY or RECVD, so that you can run it again.

    For forms that are stuck IN-USE, you can take option 4 against those forms to set them back to READY or RECVD.

    If your form is in RECOVER status, it means the form did not apply on the system, check for the joblog, there must be an issue. We mostly get object locks. And once you are sure the problem is fixed, purge the form (Take PP across the form number on the production system), there are other parameters that need to given depending on your setup. After the form is purged, go back to the test system or the system from where you are sending the form, change the distributed status of the form to 'N' and now resend the form.
