We use TSM Client V5.5 on our iSeries systems to do backups to a TSM server. We have a number of weekly saves that don't always complete successfully. The TSM error code is 157. I have contacted our TSM Server support group but they never see anything in the logs on the TSM server that would explain this problem. If we resubmit the failed saves later, they complete successfully. I'm thinking this could be a time-out issue but not sure. Wondering if some setting on the TSM server needs to be increased. Anyone have any ideas?
