I'm trying to find an easy clock synchronization protocol that would be easy to implement with a small footprint and would also work in the absence of an Internet connection. Just so everyone knows, I'm not looking for a protocol that be used for ordering events but something that would enable processes on different nodes to synchronize their actions based on local clocks. Also, we would need something that would take a clock drift into account.
