Hi, I've bought one laptop and I'm trying to connect it to the Internet via VIRGIN connection. It doesn't work for me and always shows "No page found" error, but the Internet works fine on my friend's laptop. I've seen the connection properties: it shows that packets sent are 626, packets received 0. Also I am not able to access DOC through command prompt because of some permissions. I'm still trying to find out that so that I can try running ipconfig. Please suggest if something else is possible for me. Thanks.
