I'm having a problem receiving emails from a client. I don't receive his direct messages or replies to my messages. Even more strange, if I'm on a list of recipients to a message and he replies to all, everyone receives the reply except me. We experimented and had him send to my work and home email, and I only received the home email.
We have both had help desk tickets opened at our facilities, but no one has found anything to explain or solve the issue.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
