Sad. If you need help, and as you stated, you are not good with puters, heres my recommendation. Head over to Major Geeks Forum. Register and then dnload the program "Hijack This" as Vishal suggested. Run the program and submit the log results to the Malware section of the Forum. They are good people there and will help you.
