Is there a way to translate the characters in the hex of Windows errors in the event viewer into meaningful text? What does this represent?

Software/Hardware used:
Windows Server 2003, Dell Power Edge 2105

Well, this is what the contextual help says: "Displays binary data generated by the event. An experienced programmer or a support technician familiar with the source application can interpret this information" So, I guess that binary data could only be meaningful to the originating application support people or the app developers.
