I have inherited a business Facebook account and would like to change pretty much everything about it. There are currently 48 friends - a small number, but I don't want to lose them. 

How do I transfer ownership & access from the previous owner, to myself? 

I also want to change the name of the group - can I do this without losing the friend base?
