 Transfer Outlook Express Files
I need to reformat my hard drive, I need to move my outlook expess, contacts, files, vcards, etc. Off the hard drive, store it on a flash drive and then re-install it after the format. How do I do that? I am running Winxp

Open OE, go to tools/maintenance and this will show you where the files are stored; explore to that window and you can copy/paste the email folders.
