It’s hard to tell without knowing your system environment. You should resolve the problem before deciding on a server.

530 Not able to set asp group for user…

Review possible causes such as the Cannot Log In to FTP Server at V5R3M0 Support document. (That applies to all recent releases.)

When you know why the error happens for that user profile and you correct it, then either FTP will work or you might use a different server.

Do you have a profile and password? Is connection refused or rejected?

Or is the savefile arriving as a physical file instead of as a savefile? You must transfer savefiles in BINARY mode.

Tell us something about why FTP doesn’t work. It might be easy to fix.
