Transfer of applications in Lotus Notes

Is there a way that we can define a domain for a company and transfer an application through Lotus Notes from the private domain of this company, and move it to a public domain for other vendors to use it. Note: the public domain is accessible through only Lotus Notes email system and only for one particular Application. The reason I am asking is because we are developing a tool that is ran through Lotus Notes and we would like to keep access to few companies individuals "read access only for all" and "moderator Access for few" without giving those individuals a Token to access the Company domain. Its one way of protecting our own database basically by only giving one particular access and not all!

Are you saying that the external people will be accessing the application from the Notes client?  If so, then they have an ID - it's just not one of yours.  You could cross-certify and put the relevent individuals in the ACL.
