 Transfer Exchange 2007 from Windows Mirror to Hardware Raid

I have a situation where I have to image/install or reinstall Exchange 2007 running on a Windows Software mirror and it has drastically degraded the performance and has hung the server numerous times and then we have to do a hard reset on the box. How can I transfer the complete HD from that software RAID 1 to a hardware RAID 1 volume which I am planning on connecting to a RAID controller card and attaching two SATA drives to it.

You need to present the storage that you intend to use to the server first, then once it is properly carved and formatted, you can simply move all of the databases to the new storage using the EMC. This wll of course, require downtime while the databases are being moved.
