 Transfer call
Nortel CS 1000, Telephony
I forgot to include the phone system in my last question. I have a Nortel CS1000 system and the user cannot transfer calls all the time.

No, some calls transfer with no problems.

Go to his phone and try transfering a call yourself. Sometimes this can be a user issue. If the phone can’t transfer change phones and check the flags for the extension to make sure it is capable of transfering calls.

Thanks, I did try myself and was able to transfer. I’ll change the phone and see if that works.
