 Transaction Log Backup and Removal
EMC Replication Manager, Microsoft Exchange 2003
How can I backup the transaction logs, so that they automatically truncate the transaction logs? Our EMC Replication Manager has stopped doing daily backups of Exchange 2003 transaction logs, and thus need to find a manual way to ensure backup of transaction logs, data integrity, and truncation of all logs to ensure our exchange stays up and running. Has currently been down for 2 days! Please help!!

IIf you dont want the transaction logs then enable circular loggin in your database and they will be deleted automatically but will not be available for disaster recovery. There is also a tick box on the database properties
