Transfer roles on Windows Server 2003

Dear All, Friends i have transfered roles from windows server 2003 to another windows server 2003. By using ntdsutil command. Now i have started work on new server. But i could not create new user account on new activedirectory. Please advise me whats wrong. Thanks Tahir

    From command prompt, try out this..... dsadd user<userdn> <-samname> -pwd <urpassword> Check for the AD schema master snap-in to transfer the schema master role. Before use it it is necessary to register the schmmgmt.dll file by regserve32 command. For better concept of AD is Here and using ntdsutil to transfer / seize roles
