I am 6.5 yr experienced professional in Performance testing. Worked on below tools. Loadrunner, performance center, dynatrace and introscope. Given that my work domain has been Banking uptil now, I did not have chance to work in cloud environment. However for my better career growth I need to learn cloud computing with respect to performance testing. Please suggest certification/training for cloud computing + popular load testing tool. Regards.

There are plenty of relevant courses available online that are easy to search. In fact, some of these are free too. But if you want to go for a certificate, you will have to pay a nominal fee.

Moreover, whatever certification you will get, keep in mind this must be a global certification. Don't do certification from any local vendor/institution. You must keep in mind that, there are 2 types of testing performance in cloud, namely functional testing & Non-Functional testing. So, whenever you go for certification discuss all of these things from where, you will get admission.
