Tracking user’s display actions in SAP HR
Knowing that there is Logging Report showing details of maintenance actions taken by any user in the system (I refer to SAP R/3 HR module), I ould like to ask if - by any chance - there is a possibility to check which Inofotypes for which Personal Numbers did user only display - so kind of monitoring user's activities in the system when there is no evidence in saved records. If not afterwards, maybe current activity monitoring is possible? Grateful for any tips/directions on this matter. Thanks!

Hi, You are correct that by using TCode S_AHR_61016380 you can track logged changes. However, I have been an active HR IT support person for over 8 years and don't belive there is any way to see what Infotypes a user has viewed, but not changed. I have also had this question asked of me by my HR users, so if you find out it is possible, please advise us all. Hope this helps. Regards, Brad
