Tracking Entries on a Shared Calendar
Is it possible to "track" entries on a shared calendar so that you can view which user added/deleted an entry?

There is no native way to do this unfortunately, no. If there is a third party tool which will do this perhaps someone can tell you what that might be, but no native tools in outlook, sorry.
