		<description>You want users to be able to delete emails because if they dont then the administrators have to deal with the increase in size etc.....

Once they are logged in using different ID's then you can analyze the logs etc and see the database infromation there etc.</description>

		<description>Assuming you have a group of part-time users all using the same PC, why not have seperate location documents for that PC that restrict access to a specific id, but all have the same mail database specified. Each user then logs in with their own id and can send emails from that mailbox. Any replies to that email will come back to that mailbox. This way you then have the ability to track who is doing what.
