 tracing a word document
....is it possible for someone to trace from where/what computer a document was written on windows word...?? also, this document was not saved in any way ... is it possible to trace where/how/when this document was printed?? thanks

If it "... was not saved in any way ..." then what do you have to work with? Are you attempting to learn from a printed sheet of paper's provenance? If a printed sheet is all you have, you won't learn much. If you have a file, try the Word document's "metadata". An Internet query for "word metadata" will yield lots of articles about the information stored with a Word document. You don't need a special tool to reveal the "hidden" information; it's not really "hiding". See the document's properties (right-click Word document, choose properties) "Details" tab. Or get a special tool if you'll be doing bulk documents. "Metadata" is the fifty dollar word for "things in the Word document that people neglect to review."
