Inspiron touchscreen was not responding

I just bought Inspiron 13 5000 2 weeks ago. Last night 10/29/16, touch screen was not responding. I've been trying to calibrate on Tablet PC setting, restarting my laptop for many times, Diagnose, disabling and enabling the HID compliant touch screen on Device manager and tried also to update the drivers but still not working..what happen to the touch screen of my laptop? Is there any way that I can do about this? please help. Thanks.

    Hope it is a branded new and still now it is under warranty. So, it is better to contact vendor's service center for help. Or lodge this complaint directly to their official web page.

    Agreed. If it is new, you better stop trying to fix it yourself and take it to the vendor support center.

    When you first turned it on, did you create a restore disk? That is the first thing that should be done when you purchase a computer, be it desktop or laptop. If so, you can use it to restore the OS to when it was working.
