If i put 4 No. 10/100/1000 ethernet ports on server as well as on storage and i connect and configure teaming of the ethernet ports; what troughput i should get from it.

i) 4 GBPS throughput.

ii) Less than 4 GBPS throughput and why less.?

I usually take off about 20% for the inherit overhead in using IP (the control data in the packets) . You should also consider using jumbo frames to increase the performance

Microsft does not support NIC Teaming with their iSCSI initiator, so you should not use teaming. If your target allows MPIO, you should use MPIO feature of microsoft initiator. That gives you better results.
