how i block torrents and p2p in ISA 2006 by a firewall rule or ony other mathod applying only at server end.

With ISA server 2006 its hard to block the best device is blue coat or web sense can be good. Cheers

If this is an enterprise, I would recommend using your anti-virus solution or other application to block or remove the torrent executables. This would prevent the users from using the applications on the network.
