Tools and Technologies for building SMS Centre Application
I need to know, technically speaking how to develop an application that receives sms messages from various users in order to relay their messages to an intended recipient. So what I mean is what tools and technologies are used to build an application that runs on a G.S.M Service Provider SMS Centre that relays or sends information to intended recipient and how do I go about it. Thanks a lot.
