Too many Wi-Fi users?

Q:
Too many Wi-Fi users?
In my neighborhood, I see seven wireless access points with strong signals. That's only the access points, I have no idea how many users. In such a situation, one would expect collisions and intermittent lost connections. That's what I see.
Any way to confirm that the lost connections are in fact due to crowded airwaves?

AirMagnet’s WiFi Analyzer would be great for this…I wrote a recent blog post about it you may want to check out here.

You can check out OmniPeek as well.
