Hi All.
I have a integrated SAP CRM WebUI 2007 with Microsoft Outlook Groupware. I am able to exchange emails between these two systems. But i have a different requirement. I want to create a new folder in outlook and would like to connect with SAP CRM so that all the mails which i sent from this folder should go to CRM. Right now the emails are going from inbox and SAP CRM email transfer folder which was created through groupware integration. Can any one tell me is it possible to connect SAP CRM with This new folder and take the emails from the inbox and drop into this folder and exchange with the CRM. The reason for this is that i do not want to synch all the emails with the CRM.
Any help on this would be much appriciative.
