I want to demote my Windows 2003 Active Directory, but whenever I used the command "dcpromo" it gives me message that the domain does not exist. So how should I demote that server?

Sounds like there are a lot of problems with the domain controller. I suggest a fresh OS install. You can clean up the metadata in Active Directory using this link. Once all the metadata is cleaned from AD, you can use the re-installed server for any purpose you want including promoting it back as a domain controller.
