Hi, I have 8 plus years of experience in the IT industry doing development using Lotus script, Javascript & HTML. Did Project Management to become a Porject Manager. But currently I can't find job with my background. I am trying to upgrade my skills but not sure where to start. I need some advise. Thank you.

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Somewhere to start would be PHP or ASP.NET programming. They are both web based and you’ll be able to transfer at least some skills over.

Thank you Mrdenny. I have already started to work on that from w3 schools. Can I download PHP into my laptop rather than a server ? Thanks in advance.

In addition to learning some of the web development languages and scripts, you may also explore CRM, ERP, SAP and add them to your portfolio since you have prior project management background.
