Hi, We have upgraded our IBM i operating system from V6R1M1 to V7R1M0 on our development system. After OS upgrade we checked each license program using CHKPRDOPT command. As a result one of the LICPGM 1TMELCF (Tivoli Management Agent) went into error. After checking we have found that 1TMELCF (Tivoli Management Agent) is supported till V5R4 only. We are not using this LICPGM & tried to delete it also but it is not getting deleted. . Application works fine after OS upgrade & there is no harm if it shows Installed status *ERROR as we are not using it. But still wanted to know is there a way to delete it or change the Installed status. . Below is the JOBLOG after CHKPRDOPT run. ******************************************************************************************************** CHKPRDOPT PRDID(1TMELCF) DETAIL(*FULL) Program or module not convertible. Error found on CALL command. Exit program processing failed. Product 1TMELCF release V4R1M0 option *BASE load 2924 not correctly installed. Program or module not convertible. Exit program processing failed. Language 2924 in error. Error occurred during installation of product. Errors found by CHKPRDOPT. ******************************************************************************************************** -Ketan

If you don't already know the library (or libraries) associated with product 1TMELCF, you should be able to use DSPSFWRSC to track it down. By deleting the library, the product should disappear. . The library might not delete completely. There should be a *PRDDFN object and one or more *PRDLOD objects in it, and they might not delete. If so, post back here for a fairly easy system method to delete each of them. . Tom

Hi Tom, I have found the library of the product as QTMELCF. Also found 2 objects with *PRDLOD & 1 with *PRDDFN type in the library & deleted successfully without any problems. Then deleted the library & Product disappeared from the system. . Thanks for the help. -Ketan
