Time tracking of quick support requests

Does anyone have a good solution to track quick support requests? Using our ticketing system would take more time than the requests, right now I'm using OneNote since it can be edited by multiple users at the same time and is just really quick/easy. Any better ideas? This is just to keep track of number of requests and average time.
