there isn't Contact item in the list...........

Hi,
Just for one of my users when I create a new email in Microsoft Outlook 2003,and I click TO and select 'Show names from the' there isn't "Contacts" option in the list!!!???
But for others,in this list there is "Contacts" and when I select it,shows every contacts that every users add for owns!!???
Just for this users I should select Contacts from the left pane under the user mailbox list!!!
My mail server is Exchange 2004 enterprise .
Could you give me some guides and help!!!???

First problem I see is you are using a version of Exchange that doesn't exist. Perhaps you are confusing it with ISA Server 2004 Enterprise.
You need to enable the contact folder to be used as an address book by right clicking on the contact folder and selecting properties. Then under the Outlook Address Book tab select "Show this folder as an email address book"

If I understand this correctly are you stating that this 1 users see’s everyone else’s personal contacts folder or are they just see’ing the GAL (Global Address List) since they don’t have there own contacts folder (address book)added to there profile?
The personal address book is also sometimes not listed if for what ever reason the address book provider (in this case the “Outlook address book” type = MAPI) has not been configured in the users profile. to ensure that it is available open outlook, select tools - e-mail accounts, under the directory selection click “view or change existing directories or address books, click next, if the Outlook address book with a type of MAPI is not listed, select Add - additional address books - next, select outlook address book - next - OK & finish, restart outlook and check to see if the address book (contacts folder) is listed when you select TO.. from within a message, if not you will need to complete what Shadyj stated in the previous post.
