Hi,

We are having a telephone issue in our organisation. We are located in UAE and we have to main mobile service provider Etisalat and Du. In our organization we have Internet and VOIP service from Etisalat service. We have a Panasonic PBX for the phone service.

The issue, is when some one calls from Etisalat mobile number we receive the call but when we attend the call, it get disconnected. From other mobile service Du or from Etisalat Land line service we can receive calls without any issue. We are able to make calls outside and also for Etisalat mobile service.

What could be the issue?

Please shed some light on
