Mshen,
thanks again for responding, I appreciate the time you take to answer my questions.

I did contact the company regarding this limitation issue. They said the software is limited to files that are 32 KB and they recommend that I use Outlook express or POP3 because these 2 resources will take care of the file size limitation. I am not sure I understand the reasoning behind this recommendation. Do you?
Unfortunately this is not possible since we use only Microsoft Express version 2007. What email software are you currently using and how large are the emails that you have to process through “Process Them”?
I am trying to decide if this is the right software for our needs. I do not want to recommend it to my company if it will not be able to process some emails due to size.
Thanks again.

Sorry for the delay. Yes, they limit the trail version. As long as it works with small files, it will work with all files on the full version.

Hi Mshen,

Process Them is pretty streight forward as you indicated. However, testing the free version I noticed that it will not process email with large data in the body. If the email is small it will write the content to the specific file but if the email is large the contents does not get written to the file. I am hoping this is just a problem with the free version.

Have you ever experience this problem.

I have downloaded the free trial of Process Them and so far I am successful with the setup in extracting and saving attachments from specific emails. However, I am not having any success with emails without attachments. The Filters are setup correctly because the program finds the email, it creates the correct file name in the correct folder as specified in the setup, but the file is empty. I am not sure exactly what I am doing wrong. Below I have outline the details of the setup for this particular Rule.

Processor setup as follows:
•	'Processor Name': TEXT
•	'Message Field': BODY
•	'Data Starts': Start of Line (Data)
•	'Continues Until': End of Data

Action setup as follows:
•	'Add Action' = Write to File
                     'File Name': C:TestDirTestRpt.txt
                     'Write to File': TEXT

Any idea or comment on what I am doing wrong. Appreciate any help you can give.
