The best books for networking professionals?
Hi,
We're looking to do a roundup of recommended reading for networking professionals. There's already suggestions for those looking for CCNP Switching guidance, but if you have other books you've found helpful, either as a general "cookbook," getting up to speed on a particular topic, or even prepping for a certification exam, it would be great if you could share the titles and your thoughts here. If you're interested in sharing a more in-depth review, let me know at Michael@ITKnowledgeExchange.com.

I am currently enrolled in a Network + class and we are using the book
Network+ Guide to Networks 5th Edition
Written by Tamara Dean
It is a well-written book with chapters that are concise and subject-focused. I think it will prepare me well for the certification text in two months. I guess I can let you know then…
