Testing the DNS server for issues on Windows 2003. I am seeing websites sometime return incorrect ip addresses. Can this be a DNS cache issue? How can I troubleshoot it?

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

To test name resolution use nslookup. For clearing DNS cache use the command ipconfig /flushdns command at a command line. See this article for more information on DNS client caching on Windows systems.
