Test performance metrics program

Software testing, Software Quality, Performance testing

I need to establish a test performance metrics program. I am considering the following:

Number of post implementation defects
Number of test procedures & time to develop Performance to plan (planned vs. actual) Mean-time-to-repair

Can you recommend others?

It might not be 100% correct metrics program. All post implementation defects may not account for poor testing. Some may be for many other reasons say for example – improper/inadequate customer requirements, change management improperly taken care of – means changes done in the product at implementation site without QA’s involvement etc.
So I would like to correct your first metrics as – Number of post implementation defects due to QA/QC (overlooked or passed due to inadequate/improper test cases/ test conditions/ incompetence of tester etc.)
