Answer Wiki:
In Internet Explorer click on the "Tools" menu. Choose "Internet Options" from the drop down list (it should be the last item on the list). Click the "Delete..." button. You'll have several options that should allow you to delete what you wish. ================================== Deleting your temporary Internet files will not affect the actions of Internet Explorer EXCEPT if you delete saved passwords and cookies: website will no longe"remember" who you are.

A POWERFULL addon/plugin that I use for Internet Explorer 7 is called IE7Pro. This gives you all of the features tha Mozilla users boast (and many more), but one of the things it has that I especially like is the ability to delete temporary internet files automatically. Check out the site at <ie7prx.com>. The options in this addon allow you to delete cookies, temporarie internet files, history, and other saved data, to your liking.
