I was tasked with moving our phone system from a Televantage client to a new Switchvox SMB version 4.0, the main concern I have with this transition is the currently logged voicemails in Televantage. Is there anyway to archive the voicemails then deploy them over to Switchvox when we get our connection up and running?
Another concern I have is the voicemail extensions that aren't described that well in the manual. Does each user extension also need an additional extension to access voicemail or will they be accessible through the Switchvox switchboard?
I've got the Switchvox configured just not set for incoming/outgoing calls as of yet.
