Answer Wiki:
The base station subsystem (BSS) is the section of a traditional cellular telephone network which is responsible for handling traffic and signaling between a mobile phone and the network switching subsystem. The BSS carries out transcoding of speech channels, allocation of radio channels to mobile phones, paging, transmission and reception over the air interface and many other tasks related to the radio network.

Thanks for coming to ITKE.
There are many possibilities, here are some of them
BAC – Billing Account Code
BTS – Business Telecommunication System.

If these do not make sense for what you need, then we would need to know the context in which there are used.

It’s hard to say for either of them.

BAC might be:

Balanced Asynchronous Class
Buffer Address Counter
Billing and Collection
Block-Acknowledged Counter
Bus Access Circuit
Bus Access Controller

BTS might be:

Base Transceiver Station
Bit Test and Set
Base Transmission Statio
Burst Time Synchronisation

You’ll need to look them up, verify the context and usage, and make the determination yourself.
