 taking tensions during development

Hi guys,I have a problem , i am a software engineer since 3 years,..I left many office due to many reasons,I took tensions while in pressure work,my family is saying to switch the field .what should i do.. & I didnt learn many things due to switching,i could not resolve my psychological problem what should i do ? should i leave the field?I am a developer of asp.net

If it has been a continuing problem over 3 years in “many office due to many reasons”, then yes, you probably should leave the field.

IMO, it would be better to resolve whatever the problem is; but if it cannot be done by you, I can’t see another direction to go.
