How can I create a virtual network interface in Microsoft Windows?
Now I know on Linux that it’s possible to create a TUN interface (using a TUN driver) that can provide almost a “network interface psuedo-device” that’s treated as a regular network interface. Can I do this programatically in Microsoft Windows? Can I do it without writing my own driver?
